
Does Assignmentology write or research assignments for students?
No. We do not write or research assignments for students. We assist students with their writing techniques - especially the structuring of their assignment work.
Can I send my work through the post or by fax?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. We only accept work from students through our on-line submission procedures.
My child is in primary school; may I submit his/her stories or projects for an Appraisal or Plan of Attack?
Yes, you may - but please ensure you fill in the correct age and grade level of your child in all forms. Costs for primary school requests will be as per our usual pricing procedure for high school.

What if I'm having trouble registering?

Do I have to register each of my three children separately or do they all use the same Member ID ?
This is a personal decision. However, if you choose to register them separately - they will all need their own individual email addresses. For security reasons, our system will not accept more than one membership with the same email address. If you decide to allow all of your children to use the same Member ID, please be aware that the system will refer to all of them as the original name in the membership window. Additionally, it is important that you ensure that the correct age and grade level of each student is placed in the submission form when requesting an Assignment Appraisal or Plan of Attack.

What if I'm having trouble purchasing tokens?
You can only purchase tokens from the Members Area AFTER you have registered. If you are registered and are having trouble, please phone 1300 720 620 during office hours or email us at any time. Office hours are listed on our contacts page.
If I have purchased tokens that I have not used or no longer require, how do I get a refund?

When requesting a refund please include the Member ID number, number of tokens for which you require a refund and the correct credit card or account number where the refund will be made. Refunds will not be made by cash.
What if I make a mistake and purchase too many tokens?
Follow the procedure outlined in the previous FAQ.
What do I do if my Assignment Appraisal or Plan of Attack isn't available in 48 hours?
Make sure you have logged in using your correct Member ID Number and Password. Go to the 'Completed Assignments' page. Look in the Pending table and the Completed table. If there are no assignments listed - please phone us immediately on 1300 720 620.
What do I do if I am not happy with my Appraisal or Plan of Attack?
Send an email to director@assignmentology.com.au explaining the problem.
