Assignmentology provides a 48-hour return of work submitted to us by students, except in circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances would include fire, flood, theft/damage, power outages and system breakdowns. We have control measures in place to notify our customers, wherever possible, as soon as possible, in these circumstances. This guarantee is subject to our Australian dates of operation which are as follows:
Assignmentology will close on Good Friday each year and reopen on Easter Tuesday.
Assignmentology will close on December 20 each year and reopen on January 5 each year.
2. Assignmentology does not write or research assignments for students. We provide appraisals of the work already completed by students.
3. Assignmentology does not guarantee an improvement in the marks obtained by students who use our service. This would be impossible as every educator is an individual who assesses work according to that individuality.
4. All personal details of our customers are protected by our strict privacy policy. These details will not be disclosed to any outside individual, group or company under any circumstances.
5. Assignmentology accepts assignments presented in the English language, in any subject.
6. Assignmentology does not provide Assignment Appraisals or Plans of Attack for assignments based on mathematics, numerical calculations, chemical equations, graphic animation or in any medium that is not based on written English.
7. All email/assignments will be sorted at head office where private details will be removed. This will occur before assignments are passed on to our Assign Mentors.
8. Assignmentology expects students to send a copy of the assignment topic and criteria with their submission, to ensure a thorough appraisal can be completed.
9. Assignment work submitted by students to Assignmentology is considered confidential and will not be passed on, disclosed or sold to any individual, group or company under any circumstances.
10. Assignments containing material of a sexual or violent nature may not be submitted to Assignmentology. If this occurs, the assignment will be returned (at the discretion of the Director) with a reference to this policy.
11. At no time will our customers initiate contact, in any form, with our Assign Mentors. Nor will our Assign Mentors initiate direct contact, in any form, with our customers. This includes, but is not limited to, communication via phone and email or arranging to meet in person.
12. We expect both our customers and our Assign Mentors to notify us immediately if breaches to policy numbers 10 and/or 11 occur.
13. Parents are expected to monitor correspondence between Assignmentology and their children.
14. Assignmentology Appraisals and Plans of Attack will only comment on the content of assignments when we believe students have not fully addressed the topic, or when an idea has not been fully developed.
15. Assignmentology will only refund payments if we have failed to deliver the service (subject to our policies), paid for by our customers.
16. Customers of Assignmentology must view our responses to services in the Members Area on the website. Email correspondence will be forwarded to the address provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to update their details.
17. At all times, Assignmentology aims to maintain a fair, honest and professional relationship with customers.
18. Assignmentology reserves the right to make changes to these policies and to charges for services.
